At Freecom we offer robust support for our customers. We don't operate premium rate lines and all our technical and sales staff are highly trained experienced staff based in the UK.

We welcome you to contact us by phone, email or the traditional post. If you have technical problem we advise you that logging the problem in myfreecom.net or calling us will be the quickest way to resolve your issue.

All our services are monitored 24/7 so on the rare occasion there is a global problem out of office hours, rest assured we’ll be working to rectify it.

Our offices are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will respond within business hours unless in the case of a major service incident.
